Making this mix couldn’t be easier. Add all ingredients to a bowl (but don’t add all the spices at once. Start with the minimum amount) and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Keep in mind that the flavors will mellow slightly during baking.
Spread the nuts out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F/175°C (conventional oven), stirring once halfway through.
Let the nuts cool, then they’re ready to eat.
Tips
Don’t add all the spices at once. It’s best to add them gradually and taste as you go.

Store these roasted nuts in an airtight container. They'll keep well for at least 2 weeks.
