Cucumber Salad
A fresh and flavorful cucumber salad, perfect for appetizers or as a side dish. Easy to make and delicious!

cucumber

Greek yogurt
10% fat preferred
3
tbsp
mayonnaise
2
tbsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
fresh dill
1-2
cloves
garlic
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Slice or shave the cucumber into thin slices. A mandoline works best, but a cheese slicer or knife will also do.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freezing is not recommended.
