Prepare the dough for the sweet rolls according to the recipe. Do the same for the pastry cream, you can make the cream a day ahead if you like.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread it evenly with the pastry cream. Scatter the blueberries over the top and roll it up tightly.
Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between them so they can rise in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) using conventional heat until cooked through and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Let the rolls cool slightly. Meanwhile, make the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Serve the rolls warm, drizzled with glaze and topped with extra blueberries.
How to store
Once completely cooled, store the rolls well wrapped at room temperature for 3-4 days.
