Tropical fruit crumble

Tropical Fruit Crumble is incredibly easy to make and very tasty. This tropical crumble with mango, pineapple and peaches has a deliciously fresh flavor and is perfect for summer.
Servings: 4 portions

Ingredients

  • 200 grams pineapple ripe
  • 1 mango
  • 2 peaches

For the crumble

  • 40 grams unsalted butter
  • 50 grams light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams flour
  • 50 grams almond flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams chopped almonds

Equipment

Instructions

  • Cut the fruit into small cubes, about 2 x 2 cm.
  • Make the crumble by putting all the ingredients in a bowl. Rub together with your fingers until you have a coarse crumble texture.
  • Divide the fruit between four ramekins and top with a layer of crumble.
  • Bake the Tropical Crumble in the oven at 200°C/390˚F (conventional oven) for 20 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.

Tips

  • You can make this Tropical Crumble in one large baking dish instead of four small ones. The baking time will be about the same, just make sure the crumble is nicely golden brown.
  • You can make the crumble ahead of time and spread it on the fruit just before you put it in the oven. Store all ingredients covered in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
How to store
Refrigerate covered for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 180°C/390˚F for a few minutes if desired.
