Sugar-Free Granola
Want to make sugar-free granola? Absolutely! You can choose to mix in a mashed banana, but it’s just as delicious without it.

Instructions
If you want to make the granola with banana, puree the banana first using an immersion blender or blender.
Place all ingredients except the raisins in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture evenly over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F/180°C (conventional oven), stirring halfway through.
Let the granola cool completely, then mix in the raisins.
Store the granola in an airtight jar.
Tips
Leave out the raisins if you want a completely sugar-free granola.
If you don’t like raisins, you can replace them with another type of dried fruit.
How to store
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for at least 2 weeks.
