Ingredients

  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams pecans
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 50 grams mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 75 grams raisins

Instructions

  • If you want to make the granola with banana, puree the banana first using an immersion blender or blender.
  • Place all ingredients except the raisins in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F/180°C (conventional oven), stirring halfway through.
  • Let the granola cool completely, then mix in the raisins.
  • Store the granola in an airtight jar.

Tips

  • Leave out the raisins if you want a completely sugar-free granola.
  • If you don’t like raisins, you can replace them with another type of dried fruit.
