Spinach and Feta Hummus

A delicious hummus with spinach and feta, perfect for spreading or dipping.

Servings: 250 ml

Ingredients 

  • 250 grams chickpeas drained
  • 100 grams spinach finely chopped
  • 75 grams feta cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Splash of olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning with extra cumin, salt, and pepper if needed.
Tips
Is your hummus too thick? Thin it out by adding a bit more olive oil or water. I like to use a combination of both.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months - just pour a thin layer of olive oil on top before freezing to help preserve it.
