Peanut Clusters

Peanut clusters are not only incredibly delicious and easy to make, they're also a wonderful homemade gift!

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 175 grams peanuts unsalted

Instructions

  • Place two-thirds of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it over a double boiler.
  • Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove the bowl from the heat and add the remaining chocolate. Stir until it has fully melted.
  • Let the chocolate cool until it feels cool to the touch. Add the peanuts and stir until they're evenly coated.
  • Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let the chocolate set completely in a cool place.
Tips
Enjoy these peanut clusters with a cup of coffee or tea, or package them in a decorative cellophane bag for a thoughtful homemade gift.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for at least 2 weeks.
