200gmarzipanI used marzipan potatoes, but any shape of marzipan will work
Instructions
Roll the marzipan into small balls. I divided each marzipan potato into 6 smaller pieces.
If you're using a large block of marzipan, break or roll it into pieces about the size of a peanut.
Melt two-thirds of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water (double boiler method). Once fully melted, remove the bowl from the heat and add the remaining chocolate. Stir until all the chocolate has melted.
Add the marzipan pieces to the melted chocolate and gently fold until evenly coated.
Using a spoon, drop clusters onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
Tips
I think milk chocolate tastes best in these clusters, but you can easily use dark chocolate, white chocolate, or a combination of different chocolates.
How to store
Store in an airtight container for at least 3 weeks.
