Oreo Ice Cream
It's summer, which means it's ice cream time! What could be better than Oreo ice cream? Oreo cookies are perfect for making delicious ice cream.

Ingredients
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 can condensed milk 397 grams
- 3 tsp vanilla paste or extract
- 200 grams Oreos broken into small pieces
- 100 grams white chocolate in small pieces
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff, then add the condensed milk and vanilla paste or extract to the whipped cream.
- Gently fold everything together until smooth. Add the Oreo pieces and white chocolate. Gently stir them into the ice cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a sealable container, cover it, and place it in the freezer for at least six hours. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before serving to make scooping easier.

Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
