Homemade egg salad
The best egg salad is homemade, and it's not difficult at all. Delicious on toast or for lunch!

mayonnaise

Greek yogurt

teaspoon
mustard

tablespoons
chopped chives
Pinch
of paprika powder
Pinch
of curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel and chop the eggs to whatever size you want them to be.
Make the dressing of the other ingredients and add to the eggs. Stir it through and have a taste. Add more spices or herbs to taste.
