Homemade egg salad

The best egg salad is homemade, and it's not difficult at all. Delicious on toast or for lunch!

Ingredients 

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 45 grams mayonnaise
  • 60 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Pinch of paprika powder
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the eggs to whatever size you want them to be.
  • Make the dressing of the other ingredients and add to the eggs. Stir it through and have a taste. Add more spices or herbs to taste.
  • Enjoy!
How to store
Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container
