Strawberry cheesecake popsicles

Make your own popsicles in the summer! These strawberry cheesecake popsicles are incredibly easy to make and above all, have a very delicious flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams fine granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 80 ml milk
  • 250 grams strawberries cleaned

Equipment

  • Popsicle mold (silicone)

Instructions

  • These popsicles are so incredibly simple to make. Really. You put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into your popsicle molds until just below the rim and place the sticks in the molds.
  • Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Tips
Want to get even more of a cheesecake feeling with these popsicles? Then fill the molds a little less full and top up the last bit with cookie crumbs. Or build up the ice cream in layers, which will also be very tasty!
How to store
Wrap each popsicle individually in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 3 months. The flavor is best when used within 2-3 weeks though.
