Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Cream Cheese

These dates with cream cheese and bacon are delicious tossed into a salad or served as a tapas-style appetizer. They come together in no time (and will probably disappear just as quickly!).

Ingredients 

  • 10 dates pitted
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 5 slices bacon halved

Instructions

  • If needed, pit the dates. Fill them with cream cheese and wrap each one in half a slice of bacon.
  • Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8–10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
Tips
Serve these dates in a salad by placing them on a bed of mixed greens with other toppings.
How to store
They taste best fresh from the oven. You can prepare them ahead of time, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours before baking.
