Brie Pecan Puff Pastry Bites
Perfect for any kind of party but especially delicious around the holidays are these brie puff pastry bites!

brie

handful
pecans
Honey

egg

Instructions
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares, then slice each square diagonally to form 12 triangles.
Slice the brie. Place a piece of brie on the wide end of each triangle. Top with some pecans and drizzle with a little honey.
Fold the pointed end of the triangle over the filling. They don’t need to be fully sealed.
Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for about 12 minutes at 200°C / 390°F (conventional oven).
Tips
Feel free to switch up the nuts. Hazelnuts or walnuts also work beautifully in this recipe.
How to store
Keeps 3-4 days, well covered, at room temperature.
