Mascarpone Cream

One of my favorite filling and topping recipes. I use mascarpone cream for desserts, swirls, fillings and more!

Instructions

  • Add heavy cream, vanilla sugar, and mascarpone to a bowl.
  • Start mixing on low speed until the mascarpone is incorporated and smooth.
  • Then whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. Taste and add powdered sugar if you want a sweeter cream.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Tips
Mascarpone cream is perfect as a cake or cupcake topping, a filling, or in desserts. The possibilities are endless!
How to store
You can use the cream right away or store it in the fridge until needed. Covered, it will keep for 2-3 days, making it easy to prepare ahead of time.
